Terms of service
These minimum terms describe the current Outsight service in plain language. They are practical operating terms, not final legal terms.
Service description
Outsight provides a read-only Microsoft 365 Tenant Hygiene Snapshot. It connects to Microsoft Graph with administrator consent, reads selected tenant hygiene signals, and presents findings in a dashboard and PDF.
Outsight is not a security audit, compliance certification, SIEM, Microsoft Defender/Sentinel replacement, penetration test, managed service, or Microsoft 365 licensing tool.
Customer responsibilities
- Only connect tenants you are authorized to administer or assess.
- Review requested Microsoft Graph permissions before granting consent.
- Validate findings before acting on them.
- Handle remediation through your own administrator or service provider.
- Revoke consent in Microsoft Entra ID when access is no longer needed.
No remediation or guarantee
Outsight highlights potential hygiene issues and suggested cleanup areas. It does not guarantee that every issue is detected, that all findings are complete or current, or that using the report will make a tenant secure or compliant. Outsight performs no automatic remediation and makes no changes in the connected tenant.
Availability and early-stage operation
Outsight may change, pause, or improve features as the product develops. Reports depend on Microsoft Graph availability, tenant licensing, API permissions, and the quality of data available from Microsoft 365.
